Roberta J. Deitch, 60, of Kitty Hawk, died August 10, 2021 after a battle with cancer. Bobbie was born on March 27, 1961 in Williamsport, Pa. to John R. Deitch and Joyce Palmatier (Whitman).

Survivors include mother Joyce Palmatier; sisters Kimberly Deitch (Frank Lazo); Denise Carpenter (Peter) and other relatives. She was predeceased by father John R. Deitch, brother John Deitch and companion Karl S. Yealy.
