Gregory Richard Keyes, 71, died suddenly at his Manteo home August 29, 2021. Greg, as he was best known, was born in Yonkers, NY. He was preceded in death by parents Richard and Therera Keyes and sister Elaine.

Survivors include husband Forrest and nephew Justin Keyes. Forrest will honor Greg’s wishes for cremation and as he requested, no services. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Greg’s memory to the Dare County Manteo Library in support of childhood literacy.
