Greg Alan Jornod, 76, of Grandy, died August 31, 2021 at Vidant North Hospital, Roanoke Rapids. He was born in Fort Wayne, Ind. on January 10, 1945 to the late Harold E. Jornod and Juanita Hart Jornod. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Army.

Survivors include wife Janice Jore Jornod, daughter Janell Henderson (Brandon); son Grant Jornod (Kirsten); brother Mark Jornod; and grandchildren Isaiah Henderson, Cameron Henderson, Josephine Jornod and Grant Jornod Jr.
