Madge Marie Hayman Todd, “Granny Madge,” of Barco, died September 12, 2021.  A native of Currituck, she was born January 9, 1926 to the late Joseph Hayman and Mildred Caroon Hayman on Waterlily Island and was the widow of Irby Lee Todd.

Survivors include daughters Barbara Todd Hutchins (R. Wendel), Rebecca Todd Garrenton (Wayne), Donna Todd Manning (Stewart) and M. Lynn Todd (Norman Gregory); son Kenneth Lee Todd (Donna); adopted daughter Sarah Wagoner (Lew);  13 grandchildren; and 11 granchildren. In addition to her mother, father,  husband and a grandchild, she was predeceased by sister Alma Hayman Ross.
