William “Bryan” Scaff, 56, of Elizabeth City, died September 7, 2021. He was born in Elizabeth City to Viola Scaff  and the late William (Billy) Scaff.

Survivors include his mother, wife Kimberly Scaff, daughters Elizabeth Scaff (Brandon Allgood), Mary Scaff (Jamie Wade), and Jessica Brinkley; sisters Lynette Hill and Mary Beth Scaff; a niece; a nephew; a cousin; grandchildre, Joey White, Madisyn Brinkley and Preston Brinkley. He was predeceased by stillborn son William Daniel Scaff.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on September 16 at Strick’s Family Campground, Hertford. Twiford Funeral Home is assisting the family. www.TwifordFH.com
