Brandi Ann Lash, 29, died September 6, 2021, from a boating accident in the water by Hatteras and Ocracoke Islands. Born on April 7, 1992, in Reston, Va. she was the daughter of Leslie and Rick Lash

Survivors include her parents, sister Brittany Lash, grandmother Joy Lash and fiancé Bradford Oliver. She was preceded in death by sister Tiffany Lash, paternal grandfather Richard Lee Lash Sr. and maternal grandparents Margaret Elizabeth (Bittenbender) Hampton and Robert Knight Hampton.

A celebration of life will be held September 24 at 1:30 p.m. at The Crossroads Methodist Church in Ashburn, Va. Afterwards, all are invited to attend the reception in Brandi’s honor at The Belmont Country Club Manor House in Ashburn.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to the Brandi Lash Memorial Fund. Donations can be made online at www.brandilashmemorialfund.com, via Venmo @BrandiMemorialFund or by check to Leslie Lash. Contributions will be used to support charities Brandi was passionate about, including Headway Foundation and Shatterproof.
