Bill Allen Cooper, 71, of Elizabeth City, died February 5, 2021 at Sentara Albemarle Medical Center. Born in Evansville, Ind. on December 14, 1949 to the late Charles Cooper and Geraldine Sexton Cooper, he was the husband of Rebecca Whitman Cooper. Bill served his country honorably in the U. S. Navy as an Operations Specialist.
Survivors include sons Chad Allen Cooper (Jennifer), Sean Allen Cooper and Clint Allen Cooper (Brandalynn); sisters Sue Tuley and Sally Stephens; brother Bob Cooper; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
