He was last seen near 107 Turnbuckle Ct., Four Seasons, in Duck wearing a blue plaid long sleeve shirt, jeans and Skechers brand shoes. The alert from the N.C. Center for Missing Persons states Andrews’ direction of travel was east “towards the ocean.”

As the Duck Police Department continues the search for Andrews, it is asking Duck property owners with home security cameras, such as Ring, to review the footage from Monday afternoon and evening for the missing person.

Anyone who sees Andrews, spots him on video or has information should call Dare Central at 252-473-3444.
