Olivia Jean Brinkley, 73, of Nags Head, died October 18, 2021 at Peak Resources – Outer Banks. Born in Portsmouth, Va. on November 26, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Iva Mae Moore Brinkley and Charles Edgar Brinkley.

Survivors include daughter Gina Dixon (Chris); son William Talbert; grandchildren Justin Jackson, Joshua Jackson, Jean Ivey, Kelsey Talbert and Buddy Talbert; three great-grandchildren; sister Elaine Matthews (Burr); and brother Charles Brinkley.
