James John Patrick McGonigle Jr., 73, of Hertford, died October 31, 2021 at home. Born in Woburn, Mass. on May 16, 1948 to the late James John Patrick McGonigle and Winona Phillips McGonigle. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era.

Survivors include children Amanda Behuniak (Matthew), Michael McGonigle (Sarah), Kirk McGonigle (Kristen), Matthew Shaw (Megan), Keagan Martin (Delaney) and Aidan McGonigle; siblings Kathy Bolduc (Richard), Steven McGonigle (Terry) and William McGonigle; 12 grandchildren; and other family members. He was preceded in death by brother Thomas McGonigle.
