Manteo Baptist Church recently celebrated five years with Pastor Gregory Clark and his wife Renee as the “shepherd of their flock.”

Pastor Greg was called into ministry and licensed in 1987 and ordained in 1989. He holds degrees from Luther Rice University and Seminary and Fruitland Baptist Bible College, as well as postgraduate studies at Tennessee Temple and Louisiana Baptist University.

He served our country honorably in the United States Air Force and the United States National Guard.

The Clarks have served in ministry together in Hertford; Durham; Juneau, Alaska; Fairbanks, Alaska and Graham. The Clarks have two children, Travis (Sara) and Marissa (Jacob) and five grandchildren.

“The congregation at Manteo Baptist looks forward to many more years of blessings and leadership with the Clarks,” stated the anniversary announcement.
