Outer Banks fresh seafood boil delivery service Firehouse Boil Delivery launched its First Responder Giving Program with the Stumpy Point Volunteer Fire Department to honor firefighters and EMTs and provide needed funds to local volunteer fire departments.

Firehouse Boil Delivery founders Jeff Krenk and Dave Sawin grew up in the area and learned how to cook seafood when they were still kids at some of the of the original Outer Banks eateries. Sawin’s dad “Mr. Steve” was a volunteer fireman and EMT for Kill Devil Hills in the 1970s and instilled a sense of civic duty to his family, students and friends. “Firehouse Boil Delivery now embodies these same values of community while delivering an experience, a signature seafood night that delights visitors and locals alike” said Krenk.

Sawin noted, “Every seafood boil also delivers a benefit to local first responders, beginning today.”
