Nags Head – Edith Paige Perry Williams loved to laugh and to try to lift the spirits of others. Her rich sense of humor and faith in Christ carried her through many trying and difficult circumstances during her lifetime.

Edith passed away during the morning of November 16, 2021 as a consequence of renal failure. She was 77 years old. She is succeeded by her sons, Robert Anderson Williams and Joseph Boyd Williams, who will remember her as a mother who loved deeply and showed extreme resilience and perseverance throughout her life. She was not just a mother . . . She was a friend.

The family will honor Edith’s plans for cremation and their plans for a memorial service are pending at this time.
