Ronald P. Davis, 80, of Elizabeth City, died November 17, 2021. He was born in Elizabeth City on June 29, 1941, son of the late Carl Ray Davis and Hazel Payne Davis. Mr. Davis was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War

Survivors include wife Nellie Mae Ferrell Davis, daughter Rhonda Davis Simpson (Jimmy Simpson); grandsons Derek Simpson (Tabitha) and Eric Simpson (Kendall); four great-grandchildren; and sisters Lynda Davis Phthisic and Marie Davis Corbett (Wayne). Along with his parents, he was predeceased by sister Edna Davis Thompson.

Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on November 27 at West Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Twiford Funeral Home is serving the family. www.TwifordFH.com
