Wesley Wood Norris, 69, of Elizabeth City, died November 30, 2021 at Elizabeth City Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Norfolk, Va. on June 21, 1952 to the late William Melvin Norris and Charlotte  Sawyer Norris.

Survivors include wife Janet DeBerry Norris, sons Darrell Wood Norris  and Wesley Travis Norris;  sister Sandra N. Riggs (Darrell); brothers Hersey B. Norris (Tracy) and Kevin L. Norris (Tammy); and grandchildren Skylar Bray, Taylor Norris, Breanne Norris and Ashlyn Norris. He was predeceased by daughter Janie Lynn Norris and sister Theo Norris Bohn.

Funeral service was held December 4 at Faith Baptist Church with burial in West Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Twiford Funeral Home is serving the family. www.TwifordFH.com
