Clarence Hugh Mays, 75, of Moyock, died of natural causes in Elizabeth City December 4, 2021. Clarence was born in Suffolk, Va. and served proudly in the Unites States Army.

Survivors include wife Phyllis F. Mays, son Kevin Mays (Angela), daughter Shannon Dowdy, granddaughters Logan and Cameryn, as well as other relatives and friends.
