Catherine Tolson Phelps, of Frisco, died December 11, 2021 at home. She was born July 19, 1945. She was preceded in death by husband Charlie Phelps, mother Rena Tolson and father Elwood Tolson.

Survivors include stepchildren Charlene Phelps and Billy Phelps; five sisters, three brothers, and other family and friends.

Services will be held December 15 at 2 p.m. at Catherine’s home on Piney Ridge Road in Frisco.
