Richard G. Lentini died unexpectedly at home in Kill Devil Hills on December 11, 2021. Richard was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.

Survivors include wife Charlotte; her daughters Stephanie Melton and Angelique Pattillo; her son Michael, his wife Cayla and their children, Michaela, Gracen and Jonah Lentini; and close family Zion Pattillo, Emily Moyer and Angelika Melton.

In respect of his wishes, he will be cremated and the family will not be holding services at this time. The family respectfully requests no gifts, flowers or perishable items and would prefer to receive photographs of Richard and his life encounters.
