The Pea Island Preservation Society Inc. is again partnering with the Town of Manteo and Manteo Police Department to serve as a second drive-through location to collect non-perishable food items to benefit the three local food pantries in Manteo. The festivities will take place on December 18 at Collins Park and The Cookhouse Museum from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

PIPSI will be collecting new coats for the Dellerva Collins Coat Drive to be received by Dare County Social Services for children in need in the Outer Banks area.

PIPSI will also collect monetary donations to benefit Interfaith Community Outreach.

Join in sharing the magic of the season this coming weekend. Guests can enjoy Christmas music, Christmas carolers and hot chocolate courtesy of the Salvation Army Canteen.
