Raymond Eugene Stump, 83, of Aydlett, died December 13, 2021 in Elizabeth City. Raymond was born November 4, 1938 to the late John and Virginia Stump and was a proud US Marine Corps veteran. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by children Ricky Stump, Corey Stump and Kathy Stump and grandchildren Steven Stump and Dallas Stump.

Survivors include children Barbara Sarver (Terry), Michael Stump (Karen Lynn), Gary Wayne Stump, Tammy Stump, Matthew Stump (Wendy) and Danalei Turner (Aaron); daughter-in-law Cindy; grandchildren Barbara Ann Hager, Karen Lynn Stump, Heather Elizabeth Stump, Kristie Nicole Stump, Garrett Waitt Stump, Gunner Ray Stump, Ashley Kalin, Jake Ethan Stump, Haley Smith, Brock Stump, Lucricia Stump, Gage Turner, Arian Turner, Axie Turner and Tabatha Stump; and four great-grandchildren.
