Don Ameche Rhew, 75, of Manns Harbor, died December 15, 2021.

Survivors include wife JoAnn Rhew; children Phillip Rhew, Cathy Easter, Caren Rhew and Phillip Rhew II; brother David Rhew; sister Pam Price; 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Don served proudly in the United States Army. He was a native of Bahama in Durham County.
