The Town of Manteo has announced the winners of its Making Storefronts Bright contest for 2021, with congratulations going to Island Shop Boutique, OBX on the Fly and the White Doe Inn.
The contest was a random drawing for one of three $100 prizes provided by the Town of Manteo.
Additionally, the White Doe Inn will take home the trophy for being the most “fantastically festive” this year.
