Celeste Ann Haynes Holt, 62, of Poplar Branch, died December 20, 2021 at Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk, Va. of natural causes.

Celeste was born November 18, 1959, in Knoxville, Tenn. to the late Rev. John and Doris Haynes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son Timothy Lee Williams and brother Greg A. Haynes.

Survivors include husband Roy Holt; daughter Nicole McCarter (Chris); son Lee Holt (Tonya); grandchildren Josh McCarter, Timothy (Deuce) Williams II, Asher and Grayson Holt and Layla McCarter; and sisters Cathy (Tony) Harbold and Michele (Reed) Welker.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 p.m. on December 30 at Jarvisburg Church of Christ.
