Charles Bryant Lowe, 71, of Moyock, died December 31, 2021 at home. He was born in Portsmouth, Va. on December 27, 1950 to the late Edward Carl Lowe Sr. and Mildred Clay Early Lowe.

Survivors include wife Mary Meta Thompson Lowe; son Charles David Lowe; sisters Cecelia Ellen Walker and Ramona Humphries; brothers Edward Carl Lowe Jr. and Robert J. Lowe (Peggy); brother-in-law David E. Thompson Jr. and extended family members.
