Not only do houseplants add a splash of color to your home, but they’ve proven to be an instant mood booster and they do wonders for your overall wellbeing. Owning houseplants can reduce psychological and physiological stress, as well as aid in concentration and increase productivity. Plus, houseplants act like natural air purifiers, by helping to keep indoor air clean by reducing toxins.

The N.C. Cooperative Extension Currituck County Master Gardener VolunteersSM invite you to our winter indoor plant sale. The plant sale will take place in the auditorium at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center on Saturday, January 22, 2022 from 1 to 4 p.m. Patrons will have opportunities to purchase succulents, indoor tropical plants, hypertufa arrangements and more, while benefiting the ongoing stewardship and enhancement of the gardens, educational programs and outreach activities of the Currituck Master Gardener program. Gardening experts will also be on hand to provide free planting advice and answer customer questions.
