Victor Raul Zafra Morales, 42, of Manteo, died February 13, 2022 at Vidant Medical Center.

Born in Lima, Peru on August 9, 1979, he was the son of the late Victoria Morales Estupinan and Walter Remberto Zafra Espino.

Survivors include siblings Carmen Quiroz Morales, Elsa Quiroz Morales, Carmen del Pilar Zafra Morales, Delia Liliana Zafra Morales, Walter Zafra Morales, Juan Zafra Quiroz, Angelica Zafra Morales, Blanca Zafra Morales, Yessenia Zafra Morales, Miguel Gomez Quiroz and Mercedes Gutarra Quiroz.
