Patricia Ann Ignacio McDonald, 56, of Elizabeth City, died February 17, 2022 at Sentara Albemarle Medical Center. She was born in Pasquotank County on May 29, 1965 to the late Mariano Paz Ignacio and Mary Frances Jones Barnes.

Survivors include brother Thomas Edward Barnes. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by stepfather Joseph Edward Barnes.
