To the Editor:

Reading the article yesterday in ref: to the mini hotels being built in KDH and the people in charge stating there is nothing they can do!

I wonder what the real reason is since NH, KH, SS have all changed their zoning to not allow it. I know the Town is saying they cannot limit the number of bedroom per state rules, but is there a state law that says you cannot limit square foot size??

In truth I do not think that the board has the desire to fight the developers! If there is no law about square foot then I urge the BOC to put a moratorium on building till this can be resolved in favor of the TOWN citizens!
