Curtis Franklin Whitley, 79, of Corapeake, died March 8, 2022 at home. He was born in Portsmouth, Va. on October 14, 1942.

He is survived by children Curtis S. Whitley, Lori A. Whitley and Mark W. Whitley; and four grandchildren. He was predeceased by parents Curtis E. Whitley and Nell Hasty Whitley, wife Gwendolyn Hoffler Whitley and sister Beverly Whitley.
