Carolyn Dare Holland Waters, 78, of Aydlett, died March 13, 2022 at home.  Born in Dunn to Iris Page Holland Cooper and the late Herbert Clifford Holland, she was the wife of Jimmy Waters.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by daughters Lynn Klinger and her husband Karl, and Rebecca Waters and her husband Matthew Williams; son Chris Pope; sister Mary Padgett and husband Jim; brother Cliff Holland Jr.; eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; one great-grandson. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by son Andy Pope.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on March 19 at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, Grandy. Twiford Funeral Home is serving the family. www.TwifordFH.com
