Rebecca Lynn Duncan Bembury, 60, of Camden County, died March 18, 2022 after a battle with colon cancer.
She was born in Dover, Delaware on September 21, 1961 to the late Joseph S. Duncan and Lucille J. Cassett, who survives.
Survivors include daughter Kelly Duncan, son Anthony Duncan-Velke and son-in-law Jason Duncan-Velke, mother Lucille Cassett, siblings Wanda Grubbs, Ruth Geddings, Crystal Powers, Joseph Duncan II and Bradley Duncan, five grandchildren, a great-granddaughter and other family.
