Janet Tillett Craddock of Manns Harbor proposes to extend an existing pound net set in Albemarle Sound in the vicinity of Tom Mann Creek in Dare County.

The set, #PN202103, will extend a total of 525 yards in length and contain about three pounds.

Public comments about the proposed extension to an existing pound net set must be received prior to Wednesday, April 6, 2022.

If it is deemed necessary, the fisheries director may hold a public meeting after the comment period has ended to take additional public comment on the proposed pound net set extension.
