District Court Judge for Judicial District 1 Jennifer Bland was the guest speaker during the March 21 meeting of the Manteo Rotary Club.

Those interested in making a difference in the community are welcome to join Manteo Rotary.
The club meets the first and third Mondays of the month at the Hungry Pelican in Manteo at 6 p.m. All are invited to attend.
