What mammal likes to run, slide and swim, grows up to four feet long and can stay underwater for up to eight minutes?

It’s the North American river otter (Lontra canadensis)! 

Otters eat a variety of aquatic food such as fish, crabs, crayfish, frogs and turtles. They also sometimes eat birds, eggs and small reptiles, amphibians and mammals.
