Irene Jones Douglass, 94, of Coinjock, died April 20, 2022. She was born September 18, 1927 to the late Tullie and Sudie Beacham Jones.

Survivors include son John Douglass;  a grandson; sister Lib Donski; and other family. She was predeceased by her parents; husband Vernon Douglass; and brothers Leslie Jones and Wayne Jones.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on April 23 at Hampton Cemetery, Waterlily. Twiford Funeral Home is serving the family. www.TwifordFH.com
