Shelia C. Howsare, 56, of Manteo, died of natural causes in Greenville on April 20, 2022. She is survived by one daughter, one brother and a host of other relatives and friends.

Friends and family may view April 28 from 5-7 p.m. at Gallop Funeral Services, Nags Head chapel. Graveside funeral will be held at Southern Shores Cemetery April 29 at 2:30 p.m.
