Duck – Frank Stocker, 78, of Duck, North Carolina died April 28, 2022 at Albemarle Hospital in Elizabeth City. He was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA on September 28, 1943 to the late Lillian and Bert Stocker. He was married for 55 years to Amy Hetrick Stocker. Frank served his country honorably in the US Army and was an accountant until he retired and moved to the Outer Banks in 2003.

In addition to his wife Amy, he is survived by his grandson, Jeff Stocker Jr. and fiancé, Samantha Mason of Stafford, VA; sister, Marie Stofila of Palos Verde, CA; and many other relatives and friends.

As he wished, a private family memorial will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank’s name may be made to the Corolla Wild Horse Fund.
