Due to popular demand, a second showing of the Outer Banks movie Call Sign Romeo has been scheduled for 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 15 at RC Theatres Kill Devil Hills Movie 10.

“The high level of interest to see the film has been fantastic,” said Sam Cortez, the film’s writer and executive producer. A press release from Rayolight Productions noted that with a limited number of tickets available and strong demand to see the locally made film, a second screening has been added.

“The community has been very supportive of the film, and we want to give everyone a chance to see it on the big screen as we had intended,” said Cortez.

“I feel like the questions I get asked most frequently now are ‘Will the film screen in my area?  When will it be available for streaming?’” chuckled Raymond Wallace, director of the film. “For now, all I can say is that we’re working on it.” The team encourages those interested in seeing the locally produced movie to follow the film on social media, where all updates pertaining to screenings and how to see the film can be found.

Rated PG-13 for some thematic elements and language, the film’s premiere screening will take place May 14 at 7 p.m. at RC Theatres Kill Devil Hills Movies 10, with a second showing held at 4 p.m. on May 15. With only 200 tickets available per show, those interested in attending are encouraged to purchase their tickets in advance either at the film’s website, www.CallSignRomeo.com, or at the RC Theatres Kill Devil Hills Movies 10 website.
