Over 2,000 people gathered at Dowdy Park in Nags Head Saturday, May 7 for a fun-filled day of visual and performing arts at the 33rd Annual Artrageous Kids Art Festival presented by PNC Bank.

In between the live music and dance performances, Dare County Arts Council’s executive director took the stage and announced the 2022 Artrageous scholarship recipients.

“Each year we are honored to award a senior from each Dare County high school with scholarships from the Artrageous Youth Scholarship Fund,” said DCAC executive director Jessica Sands. “These talented young artists have big dreams and we are happy to support them.”
