Central Carolina Community College ADN program holds pinning, candle lighting ceremony

The Central Carolina Community College Louise L. Tuller School of Nursing Associate Degree Nursing program held a pinning and candle lighting ceremony for the Class of 2022 on Saturday, May 14 at St. Luke United Methodist Church in Sanford.

Dr. Barbara Campbell, CCCC Nursing Department chair, gave the welcome and led in the pinning. Juanita Carter (nursing faculty) spoke on the significance of the nursing cap and pin. Crystal Way (nursing faculty) introduced the graduates. Special awards and presentations were led by nursing faculty members Carter, Way and Jamie Ferguson.

Student remarks were by Danielle Adkins and Marta Gonzales and the student presentation was by Elizabeth Cosimo.
