Anne Skinner McMullan, 93, died May 23, 2022 in Nags Head. She was born in Edenton to Philip Sidney McMullan and Annie Elizabeth Williams McMullan.

Survivors include children Philip Iredell Jones (Elizabeth), Elizabeth Porcher Jones, Penelope Whedbee Jones Carroll (Dave) and Marion DuBose Jones Hopkins (Mike), six grandchildren and brother Philip Sidney McMullan Jr. (Norma).

A memorial service is planned for June 25 at 11 a.m. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Edenton. Her ashes will be interred at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, Hertford.
