Christie Nicole Hill Palmer, of Elizabeth City, died at home on May 28, 2022. Christie was born in Elizabeth City on February 3, 1976 to Carroll Wayne Hill and Brenda Louise Jordan Hill.

Survivors include sisters Ann Twine (David) and Robin Skittlethorp (Tommy) and significant other Lee Baumgartner.
