Whether you’re freezing drying, or canning, it’s always important to follow tested recipes to ensure your product is safe to consume. Don’t risk losing all your hard work due to spoilage. You can pick up your copy today at the Currituck Extension Office, located at 120 Community Way in Barco, for only $25. We accept cash or checks made payable to the Currituck Extension Foundation. Quantities are limited, so act fast.
