Lou Ellen Crowder Creech, 78, of Elizabeth City, died July 15, 2022 at home.

Mrs. Creech was born in Greenville, SC on September 25, 1943 and was the daughter of the late Marcus Gordon Crowder and Eva Frances King Crowder. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by husband Marshall Hawkins Creech, sister Ruby Crowder Taylor and brothers James Henry Crowder and Ronald Eugene Crowder.

Survivors include stepdaughter Darlene Creech Vaughn, stepson Marshall Norwood Creech (Brenda) and other family.

Viewing and visitation will held July 25 at 2 p.m. in Faith Baptist Church with funeral service at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Baptist Church, 113 Foxboro Drive, Elizabeth City, NC 27909.
