William “Buddy” Knowles, 85, of South Mills, died July 15, 2022 at home. Born in South Mills on May 22, 1937 to the late William Washington Knowles and Hazel O’Kelly Knowles, he was the widower of Phyllis Ray Knowles.

Survivors include children Beverly Compton (Noah), Debrah Hogan (Jamie) and William E. Knowles, three sisters, three brothers and five grandchildren.

Graveside service at Westlawn will be held at 11 a.m. on July 21.
