Sara Lynn Kristof, of Southern Shores, died July 6, 2022 at Sentara Heart Hospital in Norfolk, Va. She was born in Richmond, Va. on April 6, 1976.

Survivors include husband Cory Waters, father Bruce Kristof, mother Laura Stalter (Paul), brother Matthew Kristof (Allysa Miller) and other family members.

A memorial service is planned at the Corolla Chapel on July 26 at 1 p.m. and celebration of life will continue at the Currituck Club from 2 to 6 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Sara’s name can be made to the Beach Food Pantry in Kitty Hawk or WAVES (Water’s Edge Village School) in Corolla.
