Kill Devil Hills – Jeanne Williams McCoy Cleary Clabaugh passed away on July 26, 2022. Jeanne was born in Norfolk, VA on February 9, 1933, to the late Frances and Frank Williams. She was the oldest of three children and the widow of Charles D. Clabaugh.

Jeanne is survived by a daughter, Dianne Sheard of Virginia Beach, VA; a son, Jeffrey Cleary (Tanya) of Key Largo, FL; a step-son, Charles Clabaugh (Alicia) of Orwigsburg, PA; a grandson, Alex Sheard of Virginia Beach, VA; a granddaughter, Annie Mertens of Palm Beach, FL; and sister, Margaret Doyle (Denny) of Kill Devil Hills. NC.

Jeanne was predeceased by her brother, Frank Williams of Davenport, FL and lots of nieces and nephews.

Jeanne worked 30 years with GMAC, reaching a management position and then retired to the Outer Banks of NC. She enjoyed traveling all the US states, cruising, spending time with family, and loved to play Bingo.
