Vernner Davidson, 68, of Coinjock, died August 20, 2022 at Vidant Roanoke Chowan Hospital. He was born in Norfolk, Va. on May 19, 1954 to the late Vernner R. Davidson Jr. and Naomi Hutton Davidson.

Survivors include children Jennifer Klekas (Bill), Kimberly Stairs (Matt) and Tom Roucek II (Lisa); siblings Jeanne Davidson, Linda LaRoche (Clark), Sharon Clerkin (Tim) and Joseph Davidson (Sandy); six grandchildren, one great-grandchild and other family. He was predeceased by siblings Sandra Whitson, James R. Davidson and Jace Ray Davidson.

Funeral service was held August 26 at Woodlawn Memorial Chapel.
