William Rufus Forehand, 90, of Camden, died August 30, 2022 at Elizabeth City Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Camden County on January 4, 1932 to the late Cecil Whitehurst Forehand and Evelyn Voliva Forehand, he was the husband of June Burgess Forehand

In addition to his wife, survivors include children Gail Payne (Larry), Nancy DeBerry (Charles), Robin Forehand (Cheryl) and Neal Forehand; five grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on September 2 at Twiford Memorial Chapel.
