Cynthia Simpson, 79, of Kill Devil Hills, died December 16, 2022 at home. She was born June 17, 1943 in Elizabeth City.

Per Cindy’s request, there will be no service, just a gathering of family to celebrate her life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a breast cancer foundation or the American Heart Association.
